Aura Restaurant Manger is actively engaged in daily intricacies and the hands on aspects of the daily operation of the restaurant’s and in room dining meal services. Effectively partners with their culinary counterpart to provide our guests with a memorable dining experience. Is passionate about providing exceptional guest service and provides an exciting, energetic, fun and professional place to work. Models core values based on the belief that our team members should engage in being attentive, thoughtful, and act independently in a responsible manner. This position requires high profile in the dining rooms. You will report to the Director of Food and Beverage.
Schedule flexibility required. Schedule will vary based on the needs of the business. Working evenings, weekends and holidays will be a regular part of this position.
* Delivering financial, human resource, and operational results through: Program (meal period) sales growth
* Internal mentoring and staff development
* Establishing and implementing Guest First programs
* Managing to budgeted expectations
* Developing and executing strong operational standards
* Ensuring a robust Private Dining Room Sales Program
* Partner with kitchen to insure delivery times and maximize quality of product
* Enforce and follow up on standards that insure an efficient, clean and safe working environment
* Completes any duties or projects assigned by Director of Food & Beverage
* Provides our guests with memorable dining experiences
* Exhibits trust, respect, accountability, commitment and passion
* Effectively forecasts business and communicates to affected staff members
* Maintains daily running schedule log system for communicating daily “critical few”

* Possess strong relationship skills and able to partner with their culinary counterpart
* Passion for developing and mentoring people
* Track record of achieving financial results
* Strong honesty, integrity, and guest-oriented philosophy
* Possess a passion for Food & Wine and a strong desire for development
* Strong knowledge of front of the house operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques and guest interaction
* Ability to communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand request, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information
* College degree or equivalent work experience required.
* High-volume restaurant management experience and a track record and passion for developing people to reach goals and achieve financial results.
