Location: The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common
Responsible for assisting the Banquet Manager with daily operations of the department. Training, development and performance of all banquet staff. Coordinates the setup, servicing of the function and breakdown of the event.
Must have excellent guest service skills and be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays. Previous banquet experience in a luxury environment required.
