Looking for a Sous Chef.  Casual, fine dining, high volume, Restaurant Company that has added 10 new units in one year with each location running at about 10 Million Dollars in volume, is expanding throughout the US.

This is a fast growing, very progressive company, seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and fast internal growth within the organization.

 The ideal candidate will have previously demonstrated experience in high volume and quality as an Executive or Sous Chef in similar high volume restaurants.
