Pastry Sous Chef, Pastry Assistant & Plater


Location: UpStairs on the Square, Cambridge

Located in the heart of Harvard Square, UpStairs on the Square is an award-winning restaurant known for its exuberant, hand-crafted food, luxe design, high standards of hospitality, and attention to detail.

We are looking for an experienced pastry person who can work with the chef and owner in creating innovative and also classic desserts. Proficiency at cake-making is a must. We seek a person who is ready to make a commitment to the restaurant and to be able to be an active part of the kitchen team, thrive under the pressure of working in a busy, two floor restaurant, and be able to add to the restaurant culture with grace and humor. Experience and enthusiasm essential.

Also seeking an experienced full-time pastry assistant and full/part-time pastry plater.
